# 0008 : chappal-wali gully

mumbai, maharashtra, india. june 2005.
krvia : 2nd yr : sem iii :: ad : transient landmarks

i bought the E7900 in the beginning of semester iii and its first usage was to go around clicking photos for the 'transient landmarks' design project. this one is at the chappal-gully edging the railway tracks, just beyond the andheri west station. all the structures on either side, are transient in terms of their physicality and functioning. a few hours later, once the shops are open and the lane is full of pedestrians and ricks, it's impossible to get a clear view of the street.

0008 : picked by sanjay kewlani : for being the infiniti loop
photo-number range: 00001 - 13521

thanks Kunal! Not too bad. I like the transient theme. Seems to reflect the state of our lives always transient
